Cloud 9 Movie Mood Board

           Welcome Back Bloggers! Today I have had the pleasure of making a mood board on one of my favorite childhood movies, Cloud 9, and I am here to show you how the movie feels to me. Also, in this mood board, you will see different visuals that are related to the emotional feelings in the movie and the impact it has in making the movie come all together. If you have never watched this movie, it is based in a snow city and is about two people who started falling in love together and they are trying to win a snowboarding competition using a trick which is called Cloud 9.  This movie, especially with the snowboarding is really the reason why it is one of my favorite shows because I love the atmosphere, and it is such a different nice environment from living in Florida. In the mood board, I incorporated lots of pictures to really get the main point of the story through and I will explain more in-depth later on.

    Now that we talked about the general concept of the movie, I will talk more about different aspects of the movie that are presented in the mood board. In this mood board, I have compiled 15 different pictures which for the most part we can see that it really covers the concept of the setting with being in a snowy town. Plus, I put different pictures to really capture the thrill and excitement that is felt in the movie as well as the love feeling between

the two main characters. I personally love movies that occur in winter weather so I also included some pictures of the pretty winter skies that also go with the movie. The whole movie was based around a snowboarding competition which had a big climax, but the two main characters won at the end so, I put a picture of snowboarders who won a competition to show the happiness in the moment. In one of the scenes, the owner of the pet shop was walking the dogs in the snow which is why I added something related to that to show the context in the movie. Finally, I included lots of familiar pictures of the snow town where the movie's setting took place and the bright, lively feelings behind it. Overall, this shows the real moral that this show presents along with all the feelings that are composed in it. Thanks for reading and I will see you in the next blog!
